Order processing

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Processing time is separate from shipping time. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping options

• Standard shipping: FREE. Estimated delivery within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

• Express shipping: $15. Estimated delivery within 5 business days after dispatch.

Including processing, estimated arrival is 7–9 business days for Standard and 7 business days for Express.

Availability and final shipping charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays or holidays.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email your tracking information. Tracking updates may take time to appear.

Order assistance

For address corrections, delayed deliveries, or shipping questions, contact us through the Contact page at ellswick.com as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an order has shipped.
