Ellswick Return & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us through the Contact page at ellswick.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Return shipping

Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind or size-preference returns. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us with your order number and photos. Ellswick will cover any required return shipping for those issues.

Free gifts

If you return a necklace purchased with a free matching bracelet, please return both items for a full product refund. Free gifts have no cash refund value.

 

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional processing time.

Paid express shipping is non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
